A clear quote with sessions, hours and fees, plus a unique EFT payment reference.
- 6. Pay by EFT and upload proof
Upload the proof of payment, or email it to finance. Our finance team checks the bank statement.
- 7. Your tutor is appointed
Only after payment is verified. The tutor accepts and schedules the sessions with you.
- 8. Learn, confirm and rate
The tutor records each lesson in a digital logbook. You confirm it (or raise a dispute) and rate the session.
If something goes wrong
Disputed sessions are frozen — the tutor is not paid for them until our team decides. Unused prepaid time can be refunded. You can report a safety concern at any time.
