How we protect children and vulnerable learners.
Our commitment
The safety of learners, especially children, comes first.
Controls
- Learners under 18 are registered and managed by a parent or guardian.
- Tutors working with minors complete additional checks, including police clearance where legally appropriate.
- Communication stays on the platform; contact details are automatically redacted.
- Every session is logged, confirmed by both sides and retained.
- In-person tutors complete a safety check-in.
Reporting a concern
Use Report a concern in your account or email safeguarding@blueblack.co.za. If a child is in immediate danger, call SAPS on 10111.
